Quality Guarantee
If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our high standards, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the product to assess the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
Valid claims will be resolved by offering a replacement bouquet or a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank to process the refund.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.
